Embroidered hippie dress, boho maternity dress, embroidered velvet tunic

Burgundy bohemian embroidered dress/tunic, adorned with colourful floral embroidery and tassels. Elastic velvet fabric (4% spandex, 96% polyester), embroidered bishop sleeves. Can also be worn as a maternity dress/tunic. Label size S, actual size L. Excellent vintage condition.
