Vibrant bohemian festival bag made of denim and decorated with ethnic embroidery and trims (including a fair-trade Hmong embroidery patch). Long assorted fringe made of braided recycled silk stripes.

Cotton lining with inner pocket. Decorative flap (no buckle) and zipper closure underneath.

The Hmong people are an ethnic group in East and Southeast Asia. They live mainly in southern China, Vietnam and Laos, but the most of Hmong embroidery now comes from a region in Thailand.
It is said the Hmong women hid the ancient Hmong paj ntaub script in the clothing of the Hmong people, and from this time forward, the scripts became motifs in the Hmong embroidery.
